Leighton House is one of London’s hidden treasures. Built for the artist and President of the R.A. Frederic, Lord Leighton it is a marvel architecturally and artistically.
Join their knowledgeable tour guide on a walk around Kensington for an insight into the art, wealth, tastes and social standing of the group of successful late Victorian artists known as the Holland Park Circle. Please wear weather appropriate attire and comfortable footwear!
Leighton House and Sambourne House are closed, but walking tours will start outside Leighton House, every Sunday from 27 June until 12 September.
All attendees will meet outside Leighton House, 12 Holland Park Road, London W14 8LZ five minuted before the tour commences.
The tours finish outside Sambourne House at 18 Stafford Terrace W8 7BH.
Please note that both Leighton House and Sambourne House are currently closed to the public.
