Kensington and Chelsea Festival is run by Kensington and Chelsea Council. In signing up to receive newsletters and/or when requesting tickets, you are automatically added to the Festival's database and in doing so, give consent to your data being held by Kensington and Chelsea Council. You can opt out at any point. Data will not be shared with third parties unless there is an additional specific reference to data being shared with a special venue or performance company and if this is the case, this will be clearly listed on the relevant booking page.
