- L'imaginarium du Capitein Gustav II - A carousel with wondrous sea creatures

Captain Gustav and his crew have sailed the seven seas. On their amazing journeys they met with wonderful sea creatures, survived viciously wild waves and came across peculiar far away countries. Together with his fearless seamen he will now set sail for a new exciting adventure with his carousel “L’Imaginarium du Capitein Gustav II”, where the heroic stories the sailors collected over time come back to life.

Their deep sea divers, ocean dwellers, sailors and Captain Gustav himself will take you on an unforgettable journey into the deep blue sea. All aboard!

- Les fabuleux aventures de Marquis De Quevilly - A smaller carousel based on the first models of the pioneers of aviation

A small whirligig with 4 unique flying machines, based on the first models of the pioneers of aviation.

Marquis De Quevilly, one of these pioneers, believed very strongly that his way of flying would work and spent his entire fortune building various machines. Unfortunately, he never got off the ground with this. With this charming whirligig, his dreams are now becoming reality.

This performances is by one of three companies from Flanders who are making a special appearance at Kensington and Chelsea Festival in conjunction with Circuscentrum, the sector organisation for the development of circus in Flanders and Dutch-speaking Brussels.

Main programme event. Suitable for all ages. This is a free show so no tickets are required. There will be other performances taking place in the same location, with shows in this location running from 1pm onwards.

Please use public transport if possible rather than driving, take picnic plastic home to recycle and bring refillable drinking flasks.
